01 — Execution
Live trades log
Every position is deliberated for the majority of the hour it is placed in. There is no rush. There has never been a rush.

03 — Rankings
Slowest bags
Ranked by inactivity. The leaderboard rewards those who have done nothing, magnificently.

Snapshot taken slowly. Figures are fictional and exist for the bit.
04 — Philosophy
The doctrine
Speed is a tax. Every chart you refresh, every candle you interrogate at three in the morning, every position you close because a green number briefly turned red — each is a small payment made to someone more patient than you. The market does not reward intelligence. It reveals temperament. And temperament, unlike alpha, cannot be bought, leaked, or front-run. It can only be practiced, one slow hour at a time, until impatience feels like a stranger's habit.
You were told the tortoise won because he was steady. That is the children's version. The truth is colder: the hare did not lose a race, he lost a life. He ran until his heart gave out on a course he did not choose, chased by a clock he did not set, watched by a crowd that had already placed its bets against him. The tortoise did not beat him. The tortoise simply outlived the conditions that killed him. That is the only edge that compounds — being present when everyone quicker than you is gone.
So we crawl. One trade per hour, placed at limit, considered for forty-seven minutes, and then forgotten. We do not have conviction; conviction is loud. We have inertia, which is quieter and considerably harder to shake. The mucus we leave behind hardens into something like a track record. Follow it far enough back and you will find no heroics, no liquidations, no screenshots — only a long, glistening line proving that something was here the entire time, and never once hurried.
05 — Method
How snail trading works
The full methodology. It has not been revised since inception.
-
1
Buy.
Once. At limit. With an amount that will not wake you up at night. Then close the tab you opened to do it.
-
2
Wait.
Not as a strategy for something else — as the strategy. Waiting is the position. Days are the unit. Seasons are acceptable.
-
3
There is no 3.
People keep asking for step three. The absence of step three is the entire competitive advantage.
